I have to start off by saying, GREAT JOB! 

The new update on my s22 Ultra is clean and it actually makes the hardware run smoother and better. I also noticed that my battery doesn't drain as fast.

Overall 10/10

Also, the new icons. The battery icon specifically, is awesome. I love everything on this new update. THANK YOU! The wait was worth it!

They did a great job. The people that make posts complaining are the ones whom will have to adapt. Samsung will look at overall complaints and people whom haven't complained. The more people whom haven't will outweigh the ones whom have. People just need to get with the times. Those old icons were from 8 generations ago. Time to move on.

So happy your update went smoothly and you have no issues.  For many, it did not. Also, no matter how smooth, clean and "awesome" an update is, people don't like a jarring forced change.  Options should be offered. They went through several betas (and very limited ones at that), which were obviously usability tests, not feedback loops, since they appear to have ignored any negative feedback about it.

I mean, if some people want to stay on Android 14, they should have that option. However, I like the new update. I don't understand why some users are experiencing problems, but I hope it gets resolved. I have the s22 Ultra and no problems. I dont know why their latest flagships have issues, that's weird.

The update that you installed on my phone early this morning sucks. You have made notifications impossible to read by turning the font teeny tiny with no way to adjust it. I have tried everything including screen zoom. You changed all the font in my phone and some of it can't be adjusted without messing my phone up even worse. You deleted my date widget and it's no longer available. You messed up the drop down menu for notifications, but did leave a way to fix that. You changed the look of several apps so they are now harder to find. Your updates used to be able to be rolled back to the previous one, but you have taken that away too. I have been using Samsung phones since the S3 and I used to love them. Now I have a $1000 piece of trash. Your customer service told me this is my fault for allowing my phone to update, but you failed to notify me that you were going to break everything so this is not my fault. These things need to be fixed because you're not Apple and shouldn't try to be like them.
