After the last update the screen stops updating and will go blank during updates. It takes several seconds after turning wrist for it to come back. IF you press button or tap screen it comes back. Basically, made the watch useless during the workout. I want to roll back update or get a fix from Samsung. I have also seem multiple other threads on reddit and other forums with same complaint.

Galaxy WatchHas anyone heard anything on this from samsung? It's really frustrating since the whole reason I bought it was for exercising and monitoring my heart rate.... with it freezing and lagging during workouts, it doesn't do me much good when trying to not go too hard

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with your Galaxy watch Ultra freezing during workout since the last update. Samsung is aware of the symptoms you are experiencing and working on an update to resolve these symptoms. At this time it's the AOD synchronization that is causing the symptoms. We recommend keeping your watch and Samsung Health up to date. Also turning off Always on display in the meantime would help with the symptoms you are experiencing. Go to on the watch: settings > Display > turn off always on display.

Galaxy WatchHave exactly the same problem, I've tried resetting the watch and pairing again, but the problem persists.
I've just switched from Apple, so to say I'm disappointed is an understatement where this watch is concerned.
